We are now looking for the following job vacancy:

Job title: Public relations officer

Job responsibilities:

As a public relations officer, you'll need to:

•  Develop and execute PR campaigns to promote the company’s education service

• Build strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients and the media and answer enquiries from the media and other organisations

• Monitor the media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media sites and blogs, for opportunities for clients research, write and distribute press releases to targeted media

• Collate and analyse media coverage;write and edit in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports

• Prepare and supervise the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes

• Organise events (such as press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours), source speakers and seek out sponsorship opportunities

• Maintain and update information on our company’s website

• Foster good community relations through events such as open days and through involvement in community initiatives

• Manage the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation

 

Requirements and skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (or another language) is a must

  • 2 years or above work experience in media filed or related filed is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

  • Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, dependable and cooperative with a sense of humor.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Creativity and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of PR tools and strategies

 

Salary range: £27,000 ~ £30,000
