Teaching style
Understanding each student's motivations is very important to me. During lessons I want to create an enjoyable and challenging atmosphere. Feedback from students is key so I can adapt my lessons based on their insights and preferences. I set homework, both for reinforcing what they've learned, and to go through during following lessons to see what requires more work and where to move on from. I like to focus on exam technique to ensure students are familiar with their papers and can develop strategies that work for them in a pressurised test environment.
