Phase 2 Phase 2 content GCSE/IGCSE Intensive Maths Course (5 Lessons) This intensive maths course is designed specifically for Year 11 students preparing for their GCSE/IGCSE exams in Summer 2025. The course focuses on maximising students' performance by thoroughly covering exam-style questions across three major exam boards: AQA, Edexcel, and OCR. The lessons will strengthen students' skills in tackling a wide range of mathematical concepts, ensuring they are fully prepared for their upcoming exams. This course adapts content to individual student needs, offering targeted preparation that aligns with their specific exam board. All lessons and homework are based on Churchill Maths Papers, which are known to be more challenging than standard exam papers. This ensures students are fully prepared to handle difficult questions and achieve top marks. Courses objectives: To develop techniques for solving linear, quadratic, and simultaneous equations. To strengthen problem-solving skills in geometry and trigonometry, including angles, circles, and triangle properties. To review key concepts in probability and statistics, such as mean, median, mode, and probability trees. To master the interpretation and plotting of various types of graphs, including linear, quadratic, and exponential functions. To enhance understanding of number operations, ratios, and proportionality in both simple and complex contexts.
